What do I get my 6 Year Old Girl for Christmas?
My six years has it all: Computer, DVD playback, television, stereo, LeapPad, VSmile, Barbie House (the big one), Cabbage Patch, Graco Doll Furniture, Bratz, Playstation 2, bicycles, etc. It is too big for her powerwheels more, but too small for me to feel comfortable with it an electric scooter, has clothes in the closet with tags still, what have I SA?? Incidentally, I do not spoil her with things, we have a blended family on several occasions. We receive our 2-year Boy – Itsy Bitsy Spider-Man, Baby VSmile, and TV and DVD combo for her room with the clothes he needs for the winter months and want to pass it comparable.
I also agree with the other poster, give him something from the heart. Maybe you could take a horse stable local and let her know about horses / ponies and get a picture with one. Or let him see the other side of Christmas and help give toys to other children who are disadvantaged. Not not worry about the most recent / trendy thing to get. It bored with it if it is not something that stimulates his mind – and I propose get her teaching more toys, even a gift card to a bookstore to get books she wants to read it. For child that has everything I think it is better to start instilling matters of the heart and to show that giving to others is just as rewarding as receiving something. I do not say anything, but it does not show I tell the other side of giving and gather her that will last and it will put its value as a guitar a microscope, a tape drive children etc. ..
