What kind of music do special needs children like?
I was hired by a school for children with special needs K-12, most children with autism, to DJ after school for a few hours. This is the first time they have ever done something like that and they have no idea how things will turn out, not to mention what kind of music as children. Although I was DJ'ing for 5 years, this is the first time I've never done anything for children with special needs strictly. What kind of music do you think they love?
Just because some children have special needs that does not mean they all have the same kind of music. As with all other children their musical tastes vary widely, try asking them what they like.
