Pocket Microscope
[Microbiology Question] How do you determine the motility of an endospore?

When an endospore observed under a microscope and found to be large and swollen, almost like a pocket round, but after a few weeks, you repeat the same process of staining and mounting on a glass re-observation under a microscope, but then you find that the cycle of large old cell Spore went only to discover a hundred different round cells spores under a microscope. Is this Microbacterium endospore be considered positive for motility?

No. spores are not mobile, only bacteria Firmicutes are themselves. The easiest way to determine the motility is observed, under a microscope or plate them in a soft agar plate (less agar plates as normal). Motile bacteria are distributed within the agar-agar in a diffuse large colony while non-mobile ones will form colonies, tight compact.
