How do you make a Game System in your pocket?
And how do you get a patent in order to sell it?
With much trouble! It may go something along these lines … You would need to come with an affordable and viable idea that has not already been done and then the "how-to" to be able to physically produce that idea. Once you have a prototype, take it to your desktop-friendly patents premises for protection of ideas. Then you'll need to get people interested in buying it. You will need to attract the public away from your competitors and towards your product. Get a few hundred made and test the market in various ways. Now that you have a market that can sell you must be able to mass produce your product. China is the cheapest place to have this done, but you have to find a factory that: a) producing a Product quality and affordable without cutting corners, and b) to protect your investment and intellectual property. You also need to find someone will choose to sell your product over those of your competitors, or you can go to ebay or similar. If you can do it, you've done! All the best.
