Americans in certain groups age shows up to 9 hours of television per day. Many of us do chores, homework, eat and even sleep in front television. It is our main source of entertainment and is used as an emotional crutch for many of us.

All this while watching TV is killing us. More than a third of Americans are obese, while another third are over weight. We are sitting in front our television advertising while eating food shows. We convince ourselves that we are too busy to cook healthy meals for us to fast food command. Diabetes, high blood pressure and an amalgam of other syndromes and diseases are running rampant in our population.

All the time we sat cause back pain, eyestrain and headaches. Do not deal with our daily problems and stress because we use television like a lollipop is the head of the emotional distress and an accumulation of problems that put us on the tipping point.
