Writing Articles The Wrong Way Gets Better Results
Is the title of confusion? Well, I can understand, but once you finish reading, you'll see that writing articles the wrong way will speed up your writing and you make many items better.
Writing an article seems to be a daunting task, and if you do it for the first time you might want to erect an insurmountable wall elegant which provide footholds to climb up and over to achieve your goal. But he is very easy if you approach article writing a systematic, step by step. Consider these steps and how you can write an article in a few minutes, once you have mastered the system in step 6:
The six-step system for Article Writing
This is the most effective and, in my experience, fastest way to write on any subject:
– Define what your objective is for the article – how research if necessary – prepare an outline – start writing a part of the article – organize the article title, lead, body, conclusion – read three times less
Who Will Read the article – What is the article?
Before you start writing, you need to define what you want to communicate with your item, and this article will serve the purpose. Ask yourself these questions: Who is the player you want to achieve, that knowledge of the subject are already this player? What do you want the reader to know once he's read your article?
Best Use of a list of keywords to write your ideas. Do not worry about organizing these keywords yet. Once you have a bunch of keywords, start putting them in a logical sequence, how you want to organize your story. When you've decided how your article appraoch the subject, prepare a plan how you want to pass this knowledge and / or information. Then start giving your article a structure.
Structure means divide the article into four sections: the title, lead or teaser, body and conclusion. Here is the secret of writing effective will write your own articles fast and painless: You do not write these in the order, I told them! Because it can be very difficult to come up with a good headline or teaser, if you did not write the article itself. Also do not necessarily write the article body in the order it will once it is ready to be published.
It is much easier to start with some points body of the article. The development of these chips into sentences and paragraphs often, all of a sudden, leads to a headline, or you think of the best why this section provides benefits for the reader. This way, you let your thoughts flow freely and are not Writer's Block.
Title
It is allways good to start writing a first title for your article. The title may change as you write. But starting with best song that comes to mind now. Titles should be catchy and induce curiosity in the minds of readers. Best keep your title short, seven words or less. Also make it strong and affirmative: "Write your story in 10 minutes" is better than "How to write an article in a short time.
The first or teaser
For the reader's attention, it is important to start with a first paragraph that very briefly describes what you can tell the player, and why. You need to grab readers' attention and give a very good reason why reading your article is interesting of its time.
A great way to write an article is to begin the first paragraph of a statement and then go with the explanations and information you want and send in your conclusion, draw a line back to the original claim that you did. This envelope carefully whole and in the mind of the reader 'encapsulates' the article.
A good lead is short and to the point. He does not try to compact all the facts you write in the article body into two or three sentences. Just provide enough information to get the story moving, but leave the reader eager to learn more.
Corps
In the body you go into detail and cover the points you have written in your plan. Here provide you with facts, information and instructions. You answer questions from readers and show you different angles of the topic.
Organization This information is logically the most important thing. Consider the flow of the article and make sure you have a thread that serves as a transition from one point to another. Make sure you do not use jargon or words spcific which are only known in an industry or trade and not used by the public. If you need to use these words, explain the meaning. Put the reader at ease.
Explain your points in short paragraphs. Paragraphs courts are easier for the reader to follow. Nobody likes to watch a long block of solid text. Three, four or five sentences are enough for a paragraph.
If you write to generate interest for your business, spill all the beans! Tell your trade secrets! This may seem a bit wild, but the more you say it, the more demand will be created for your products and services.
Provide personal examples of things you do, or create a fictitious case and show how in practice such a solution would be effective. Illustrate your explanation with an example to understand what you say much easier for the reader and the text you gain credibility.
Conclusion
Remember your favorite teacher at school, who at the end of class would quickly summarize what was covered in the last 45 minutes? That's what you do now to complete your section and make a finished piece and polished. Proofread your example where you started the circular loop that you now want to compile a written conclusion.
For this article, the conclusion could be read as follows: "Writing the wrong body and mixing, title, tease and conclusion by writing, while not leading to rapid writing and better results, because you let your thoughts flow and to avoid Writer's Block. When you write your next article, anchors will magically appear on the wall that previously used to block your writing. Go try it! "
It's allmost allways possible to draw the circle closed, and if it does not seem to be feasible with the teaser that you have, read the article whole again and maybe change the teaser to be able to draw this circle.
Proofreading
The best way to destroy credibility is grammar and spelling. Your content may be brilliant, but if there are mistakes, people tend to reject what you have to say. So, use tools that are available to check spelling and a friend, or better, a few friends proofread your article before submitting it or publish it yourself. Better to leave the item for a day or two and then reread it yourself. Often you will come with even better formulations and the article will gain in quality. Not exaggerate this thouhg. Once is enough for your own editing, then go out and publish. You did a great job and others spent considerable time and effort to write, now wants to read what you say!
… and even if I already wrote the conclusion as an example, here is what true place, if you go, this time slightly reworded:
You see, writing upside down and the body mixing, title, tease and writing while finding can lead to faster writing and better results. This style of writing allows your thoughts to the free movement, lets your creativity develop thoughts and associations. Because you avoid writer's block that way you write your next article quick and painless. Settlements will magically appear on the wall that previously used to block your writing. Go try it!
