Suggestions for a chore chart?

My son is 4 and I tried writing a chore chart, but I'm not sure by where to start. I am not comfortable with writing a list, I feel that this is a list of "requirements" rather than tasks because it already offers its help! I just need some ideas acceptable for a 4 year old child behavior chart, Chart Sticker Chore Chart or for him to feel more fulfilled and earn additional rewards! Any suggestions?!

My almost 4 years to 3 tasks and 3 in the morning chores at night. They are very simple – for PM is to brush your teeth, take off his pajamas / put on his clothes, and help me make his bed in the PM, he is putting away his dirty clothes, wringing her wash cloth and put her pajamas (I brush my teeth at night). I have not yet done, but I intend to take pictures of him every thing, laminated photos, make a hole in the corner and put the AM and PM tasks on separate rings. Then the morning I give him the ring so he can have as a reminder to the instruction to report to me when he is done. Since I'm taking care of his little sister (usually in the same room) at the same time, it will not totally on his own, but I want it begins to be responsible for remembering these things on his own. Your little guy is part of the family and family members help take care of their home. Help him see that the tasks you expect him to help make your home clean and comfortable and praise them for being responsible and reliable when the made. I told my little guy when responsibility is sure to do what must be done without having to be reminded. It is a work in course:) But it's motherhood!
