Tampon or pad?
Should I use a tampon or a pad? I am an active girl vary so which one is the best and a buffer to cause infection or dicomfort
I prefer tampons myself, due to the fact that I am very active myself … Not uncomfortable if you apply it correctly, just read the package instructions and it should go … It is very rare to get an infection from the use No pads now days .. golden rule to always remember … (even if you choose to wear towels) change every 3-4 hours or whenever you use the toilet … ~ Princess
