How can you keep your brain more active and healthy?
Hi, currently I'm doing year 9 GCSE level, are all methods to keep your brain more active learning because I always feel tired and forget easily and everyone, even without paying much attention class learns faster than I do. yet Lumosity contribution is to help my processing skills, memory skills and abilities Coordinator atention but there is not much on the site so can you suggest sites or ways to make your brain more active and sutiable for a learning style? thank you for reading plz help
You can keep your brain performing simple tasks such as crossword puzzles, Sudoku, math, reading this work will help all parts of the brain. Drink plenty of water hydration and help the brain function. Excersise releases hormones called endorphins (hormone of happiness) that can be useful to maintain good mental health. Eat things like fish and eggs are good for Brian Omega 3 is an example. take breaks between periods of study and review to help the brain to rest and not be overworked. All these things contribute maintaining a healthy brain.
